To enter this sweepstakes, you must place an order on deathwishcoffee.com of the For The People Hoodie preorder between Tuesday, February 17th and Saturday, February 28th. There is no limit on number of entries. One (1) order equates to one (1) entry.
Prizes: One (1) winners will receive 2 tickets to be claimed at will call to the Dropkick Murphys concert March 15th at the MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston, MA with up to $5,000 travel and accommodations reimbursement.
No purchase necessary to enter to win: You do not need to make a purchase to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entry must be postmarked for on or before Saturday, February 28th, 2026 for consideration. Entrant must pay for postage. There are no limits for mail-in entries.
Eligibility: This contest is only open to legal residents of, and residing in, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Death Wish Coffee Co. Employees, friends and family members are not eligible to enter.
Selection of Winners: One person will be randomly drawn to win. The winner will be notified via call and email by Monday, March 2nd, 2026.
The retail value of one (1) prize is variable based on travel, with 2 concert tickets valuing up to $250.
Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to reject or disqualify any entries if Death Wish Coffee has reason to believe that they reflect efforts by anyone to unfairly or improperly manipulate the outcome of the contest.

Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules must be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
