Nothing Spreads Holiday Cheer like a Coffee Cocktail
‘Tis the season to spread holiday cheer. There’s nothing a little bit of holly jolly jingle juice can’t solve. This list of highly caffeinated helliday cocktails will certainly make your yuletide merry.
1. Deathmas Coffee Cocktail

Almost too much alliteration for your own good, but this one is a classic and is a guaranteed crowd pleaser—even amongst the Grinches of the family squad. Plus, it’s super easy to make and can be served hot or cold.
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces strong coffee (Death Wish Coffee)
- 1 ½ ounces amaretto liqueur
- 1 ½ ounces coffee liqueur (Death Wish Coffee Vodka)
- 1 ounces butterscotch schnapps
- 1 ounces crème de cocoa
- Fresh whipped cream
- Grated chocolate, for garnish
- Combine strong coffee and liqueurs in a glass.
- Stir to combine and top with fresh whipped cream.
- Garnish with grated chocolate.
- Serve warm or over ice.
2. Gingerdead Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
- 4 ounces of Gingerdead Coffee
- 2 ounces vodka, like Tito’s, Grey Goose or Death Wish Coffee Vodka
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread syrup
- Whole coffee beans, for garnish
Directions:
- Combine Gingerdead Coffee, vodka, gingerbread syrup and ice in a martini shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about a minute.
- Rim a chilled martini glass with cinnamon and sugar.
- Strain, pour and enjoy.
3. Peppermint Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
- 1 packet Death Wish Instant Coffee
- 2 ounces vodka, like Tito’s, Grey Goose or Death Wish Coffee Vodka
- 1 ounces Kahlua
- 1 ounces crème de cacao, white
- 1 ½ ounces half and half or milk alternative
- ¼ teaspoons peppermint extract
- Crushed candy cane and honey, for garnish
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about a minute.
- Rim a chilled martini glass with honey and crushed candy canes.
- Strain, pour and enjoy.
4. Lump of Coal Cocktail

The perfect cocktail for those who made the naughty list this year. Topped with crushed Oreo cookies straight from the chimney Santa wedged himself down just to deliver coal and place in your stocking.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Death Wish Cold Brew
- 5 ounces vanilla-infused brandy
- ¾ ounce. coffee liqueur
- ½ ounce Grand Marnier
- Whipped cream and Oreo cookies for garnish
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about a minute.
- Strain into a cup.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed Oreo cookies.
5. Coffee Old Fashioned

Forget about holiday traditions and old-school cocktails. Kick it up a notch with a Coffee Old Fashioned. No one will be calling you old when you’re the last one standing at the party.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Death Wish Cold Brew
- 1 ounce bourbon or rye whiskey
- ¼ ounce simple syrup
- Dash of Peychaud’s bitters
- 1 1-inch piece of lemon peel
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Stir with a bar spoon for 30 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Twist lemon peel over the drink and rub around the rim of the glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
