You might already know it, but, we really like offering up discount codes. In addition to the discounts we email to you, you can earn more by creating an account with us and logging in with every purchase. Also, interacting with us on social media can also help gain a couple extra hundred points!

Whether you're using a discount we've provided or one you've earned with your Rewards account, these steps are the same:

1. Make sure you're logged into your account

2. Select the products you're looking to purchase, then click add to cart. Once you're ready to check out, hit the red button on the bottom of your cart that says Check out.

3. On the right side, next to where you input your shipping information there is a spot that says "Discount code or gift card". Paste or type the code you have in that spot then click Apply.

5. Once the discount is applied, you'll see the difference deducted from the total. Then, click to continue with the shipping method.

NOTE: *Only one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be applied towards subscriptions.

*Unless otherwise specified, discount codes will only expire once they've been applied, so if you're sitting on a couple of discount codes, don't worry about losing out; you can always use the unused code to any other one-time order.

At this time, there is a limit of one discount code per purchase. You can use any discount code you have available, but our checkout process is set up to only accept one code for each transaction.

If you are setting up a subscription, discount codes will not apply, and instead, we recommend you hang onto them to apply for any one-time purchase you're looking to make. Although discount codes are not applicable, subscription members automatically receive 30% off of their first shipment of coffee and up to 25% off recurring shipments thereafter.

Let's face it — we can't predict exactly when you're going to place your coffee order, but maybe, with some SCIENCE(!) and copious amounts of coffee, it's something we can work on for in the future.

But for now, we completely understand the slight frustration you may feel coursing through your caffeinated veins when we offer up a discount code right after you've already placed an order.

We've all been there. "Missing the boat" as they'd say...

Well, kids, we're here to throw you a lifeline. Reach out to us at hey@deathwishcoffee.com with your order number or email address used to place the order and your discount code — we'll gladly apply the discount code back to you in the form of a refund.

NOTE: We are unable to combine multiple discount codes to a single order. We recommend using time-sensitive discounts first and hanging onto codes that won't expire. You can then look forward to applying them to any future order of your choice with the exclusion of coffee subscription orders.

What's more exciting than the unknown? KNOWING, of course!

Now and then we'll send you a random discount code right to your email with discount codes worth anywhere from $2 up to $100! You'll see the code right in the email we sent you, but you won't know its value until it's been applied during checkout.

No pressure, though — you don't have to complete the purchase to identify the value. If you have a different discount you'd prefer to use that day, you can go back and add that one instead.

Unlike any other discount code we offer, these random discounts will expire within 24 hours of when you receive the email.
