Catch a Buzz: Light Roast Mocktail Recipe
Hangovers hitting a little different than when you were in college? We know, us too. But sometimes a refreshing and fizzy drink with a bit of buzz is what you’re craving. Say less – we've got exactly what you need. *This recipe makes 2 mocktails.
What you'll need:
- 2 tbsp ground Light Roast Coffee
- 1 ¼ cup cold water
- 3 limes
- Handful of rasberries
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Ice cubes
- 1 2/3 cup tonic water
- Sprig of mint
Directions:
- Infuse coffee in cold water and let rest in the fridge for 8 hours.
- Do this before you head out for work and it’ll be perfect by the time you get home.
- Peel and cut limes into pieces and crush with brown sugar.
- Macerate a few of your raspberries with that mixture, save some for decorating
- Add ice to your glass of limes and sugar.
- Add in your cold brewed Light Roast
- Top off with your tonic water
- Dress your cup with raspberries & a sprig of mint
