Entering is easy — make your way to your closest Walmart, purchase Death Wish Coffee single-serve coffee pods, and upload your receipt below. Your entry must include Walmart location, date purchased and a Death Wish Coffee Single-Serve Product. Find Death Wish Coffee at Walmart by looking at our store locator.
FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Death Wish Coffee Co. (“Death Wish Coffee”) is inviting you for a chance to win our “Coffee Station Upgrade” giveaway, happening Wednesday, April 10, 2024 through Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
2. To enter this sweepstakes, make a purchase of any 18-count Death Wish Coffee single-serve product at any Walmart location nationwide and upload your receipt on deathwishcoffee.com/walmartsweeps
- Your receipt must include Walmart location, date of purchase and items purchased. Each receipt is equal to one (1) entry.
- One (1) single-serve coffee maker
- One (1) 18-count box of Death Wish Coffee Espresso Roast Single Serve Pods
- One (1) 18-count box of Death Wish Coffee Dark Roast Single Serve Pods
- One (1) single-serve pod organizer
- One (1) sugar holder
- Three (3) coffee flavoring syrups
- One (1) $50 Walmart gift card
- Two (2) Death Wish Coffee mugs
4. Eligibility: This contest is only open to legal residents of, and residing in, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Death Wish Coffee Co. Employees, friends and family members are not eligible to enter.
5. No purchase necessary to enter to win: You do not need to make a purchase to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Alternative Entry Method: To enter without making a purchase, send in a postmarked entry with your first, last name and email address to Death Wish Coffee, free of charge to:

Entry must be postmarked between April 10, 2024 and April 24, 2024 for consideration. Entrant must pay for postage. There are no limits for mail-in entries.
6. Selection of Winners: One (1) winner will be randomly drawn by Death Wish Coffee upon verification of receipt. Winner will be notified by April 30, 2024.
The retail value of one (1) prize is $300.
7. Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to reject or disqualify any entries if Death Wish Coffee has reason to believe that they reflect efforts by anyone to unfairly or improperly manipulate the outcome of the contest.
8. Void Where Prohibited by Law. Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules must be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
9. Technical Difficulties/Support: Death Wish Coffee cannot be responsible for entries not received due to technical issues and accepts no responsibility for technical support of any entries.
10. Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to adjust contest rules without notifying contestants.
11. Sweepstakes rules can be changed and updated without notice. Sweepstakes participants are responsible for checking the site for changes, and should review the rules prior to each submission.
