To enter this sweepstakes, you must place an order on deathwishcoffee.com between 12 AM on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 and 11:59 PM EST on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025. Subscription orders processed this day are eligible for entry. There is no limit on number of entries. One (1) order equates to one (1) entry.

Entry must be postmarked for Saturday, August 23rd,, 2025 for consideration. Entrant must pay for postage. There are no limits for mail-in entries.  

Eligibility: This contest is only open to legal residents of, and residing in, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Death Wish Coffee Co. Employees, friends and family members are not eligible to enter.   

Selection of Winners: Five (5) people will be randomly drawn to win. Prizes will be shipped to winners by Saturday, September 20th, 2025. The Blackstone On The Go Griddle will be shipped separately from other prizes.

The retail value of one (1) prize is $425.

Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to reject or disqualify any entries if Death Wish Coffee has reason to believe that they reflect efforts by anyone to unfairly or improperly manipulate the outcome of the contest.  

Void Where Prohibited by Law  

Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules must be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

Technical Difficulties/Support: Death Wish Coffee cannot be responsible for entries not received due to technical issues and accepts no responsibility for technical support of any entries.

Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to adjust contest rules without notifying contestants.
