To enter this sweepstakes, you must have an active coffee subscription and place an order on deathwishcoffee.com between 12 AM on Thursday, May 1st, 2025 and 11:59 PM EST on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025. Subscription orders processed this day are eligible for entry. There is no limit on number of entries. One (1) order equates to one (1) entry.
Prizes: Eleven (11) winners will receive the original Rosie the Riveter Mug released by Death Wish Coffee pictured below.
No purchase necessary to enter to win: You do not need to make a purchase to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entry must be postmarked for Thursday, May 7th, 2025 for consideration. Entrant must pay for postage. There are no limits for mail-in entries.
Eligibility: This contest is only open to legal residents of, and residing in, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Death Wish Coffee Co. Employees, friends and family members are not eligible to enter.
Selection of Winners: Eleven (11) people will be randomly drawn to win. Prizes will be shipped to winners by Friday, May 16th, 2025. Prizes will be shipped separately.
The retail value of one (1) prize is $38.
Death Wish Coffee reserves the right, to be exercised in Death Wish Coffee’s sole discretion, to reject or disqualify any entries if Death Wish Coffee has reason to believe that they reflect efforts by anyone to unfairly or improperly manipulate the outcome of the contest.
Void Where Prohibited by Law
Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Sweepstakes Rules must be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
