Now that the holidays are over, the overindulgences we got ourselves into are becoming our New Year’s Resolution to climb out of. All of those cookies and pies and wine come at a price and your body is paying for it! With all the hype gone, we’re left to sit in piles of presents that we have nowhere to put and forced to drag ourselves back to work, giving us no time to recuperate from all the running around we’ve done. I don’t know about you, but my body is spent and I’m finding it hard to afford all of that wine now that I’m glued to an office chair again.
