2. MAPLE CINNAMON (COFFEE) ROLLSÂ
Soft, gooey, and caffeinated—these ain’t your average cinnamons rolls. While a little labor intensive, this sweet treat proves the best things require a little work. Â
Turn brunch into a banger that bakes coffee into not just the dough, but the glaze.
Ingredients (makes ~8 rolls):Â
For the dough:Â
- ¾ cup warm Maple Cinnamon Death Wish Coffee
- 2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

For the filling:Â
- ½ cup softened butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrupÂ
For the glaze:Â
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp brewed Maple Cinnamon Coffee
- 1 tbsp maple syrupÂ
Directions:Â
-
In a large bowl, combine warm coffee, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.Â

-
Knead for 5–7 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour.Â

-
Place in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise another 30 minutes.Â
-
Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown.Â
-
Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.Â
