Our Cauldron-Aged Pumpkin Coffee won't put a spell on you, but it is a fan favorite. For the Cauldron-Aged Pumpkin, inspired by our homemade chai recipe, we take spices from around the world such as cardamom, cinnamon, whole black peppercorn, and ginger, and simmer them for about 12 hours. Then, we mix this batch of homemade chai with unroasted coffee beans and let them age for 10-12 days. This gives the beans a chance to absorb and inherit the flavors from the spices. Once the beans are dry enough to roast, we finish it off with our signature Death Wish Coffee roasting process.
There's nothing artificial about this pumpkin coffee — all of the ingredients that go into it are fresh, giving it a true autumnal taste without the chemicals.
