Pfeiffer played Selina Kyle, aka Catwoman, in the second installment of the first Batman film franchise. And to be Catwoman, she had to learn how to use a whip.
On episode 92 of Fueled by Death Cast, Jeff and Dustin interview the man who taught Pfeiffer just how to use one. Anthony DeLongis is a weapons master and stunt choreographer, and he was on set with Pfeiffer while she was learning to do all her own whip stunts — the two of them even came up with some improvisation that made it into the finished movie.
"None of the other stunt girls got anywhere near her ability with the whip," DeLongis said.
Nearly 30 years later, Pfeiffer revealed on her social media that she found the prop.
"Look what I found," the actress said holding the whip. "Needs a little TLC."
