DailyHawker recently reported some great news for metalheads — Sam Dunn and Banger Films are in works to create a Netflix-style streaming service, which will specialize in heavy metal-related content. Count us in for signing up for this streaming service as soon as it is launched. We are always ready to rock!

Dunn has a long list of accomplishments as a Canadian musician, anthropologist, and award-winning filmmaker for documentaries such as Metal: A Headbanger’s Journey, Global Metal, Iron Maiden: Flight 666, Rush: Beyond the Lighted Stage, Super Duper Alice Cooper, Hip-Hop Evolution and Metal Evolution. Is there anything Dunn can’t do?

Dunn and Scot McFadyen’s Banger Films have had Youtube channel “Banger TV – All Metal” since 2015, which is a must-subscribe for metalheads looking for a weekly dose of new release reviews, original interviews, and documentaries. This is sure to keep heads banging while we throw up the horns in anticipation of what Dunn and Banger Films have in store next.
