Here's why our Death Cups are starting to look a little different

New Death Cups are coming

Starting this weekend, you may start to notice that our Death Cups are looking a little different. We're slowly transitioning to redesigned Death Cups packaged in a rigid capsule to give you a bolder, smoother cup.

After months of testing, we found that 95% of Death Wish drinkers said these capsules work better in their machines than our previous Death Cup pods, and they're completely recyclable! We made these changes because we're committed to giving you the strongest, tastiest cup of coffee possible, every time, no matter if you use a Chemex, a drip coffee machine, or a Keurig. So if you start noticing that our Death Cups look a little different over the next few months, that's why.

Each box comes equipped with easy disposal instructions to help you, help us, and help mother Earth. The rigid capsule and lids are recyclable, while the mesh insert and coffee grinds can be added right to your compost pile. Or, if you're looking for a fun summer project, you can easily reuse the grounds and cups as plant seed starters in your garden

Together, we're making the world a greener, more sustainable place — after all, it's the only planet with coffee.
