  • When is my order shipped?

    In times of very high volume, orders may see a delay. We will keep you updated with order confirmation receipts and shipping info as soon as it gets shipped out. Please contact us with any questions. We typically ship orders out same day if they are received by noon.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    Once shipped it may take up to 5 days for US customers to receive their orders and it may take up to 20 days for international customers to receive their orders.

  • What shipping carriers do you use?

    We use the United State Postal Service and UPS. To keep shipping rates down we compare costs between these carriers and ship the most efficient way.

  • How can I track my order?

    We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us.

  • Entering discount/gift card code

    On the last page before your click "complete my purchase" there will be two boxes where you can enter your discount codes or gift card code. Once you have entered either of these codes click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Now press "complete my purchase".   • Where’s my package?

    We typically ship out orders same-day when placed by 12pm. When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.

  • What are the shipping rates?

    We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. Right now, we offer free shipping for orders $50 and over. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of $6 for shipping for anything else. Orders that are being shipping outside of the United States are charged on a case-by-case basis and may include additional processing and handling fees. Keep your eye out for free shipping and other promotions that we offer to our exclusive mailing list.

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship all around the world. Unfortunately, due to Brazil’s international customs, coffee is not allowed to be shipped from the United States. Sorry! To our friends in the United Kingdom and Canada, you may find cheaper shipping rates through our Amazon sites accordingly. We are working on moving into other Amazon centers across the world to help pass along the savings.

  • How long does it take for my coffee to get here?

    We typically ship out orders same-day when placed by 12pm. We ship mainly USPS Priority. This means that once your order has left our warehouse, it will be to you in 2-5 business days. It tends to be closer to two, but some packages may take a little bit longer. If you’ve been waiting more than five days for a package, feel free to contact us and we will find the problem.

  • How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

    Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend calling us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

  • How do I return an item/receive a refund?

    If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your Death Wish Coffee, we will gladly send you a full refund. That’s how committed we are to this coffee. All we ask is that you send us a quick message on why it didn’t meet your standards. We are always looking for ways to improve our product.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    When you would like to discontinue your monthly subscription:

  • How Do I order a gift for someone?

    When ordering a gift, please note in the comment box that it is a gift. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package. Also, if you would like to leave a note or a greeting in the box we can do that for you at no additional charge.

Returns and Exchanges

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 60 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.


  • How strong is Death wish coffee?

    Based on our brewing recommendation a cup of Death Wish Coffee should have twice the amount of caffeine and loads more flavor than your typical store bought coffee.

  • How Should I store this coffee and how long will it last?

    The thing to keep in mind when storing coffee is humidity. Keep coffee away from humidity until it is brewed. Storing it in the bag that it came in is a good choice or any airtight container. Stored correctly coffee will keep for 3-4 months, but is best used as close to the roast date as possible as the flavor will degrade with age.
